Using pnuematic squeezer, squeezed last two rivets at end of right tip rib to rear spar. Attempted to rivet HS-404 rib to forward spar and HS-405, using slightly bent rivet set and bucking bar. Did not run rivet gun fast enough, shop head did not form properly on two rivets, which were then drilled out. Then riveted both 404 ribs to forward spar and 405's. While drilling the last rivet, the gun got away from me and hit the forward spar, putting a circle into the forward spar. Filed the rear portion of the tip ribs to be even with the HS skins. Sanded these areas smooth.
