Brief Description: Left Flange of Empennage Fairing Split
The forward 7" of the left flange does not lay down on the HS properly. It is angled upward from the bend. I cut out the bend in the flange back about 6-7" and 1/4" wide. This allows the flange to relax and lay flat on the HS. The area was sanded. After the mold is made, this cut-out area will probably be filled with flox.
