Brief Description: Worked on Alignment Pins/Received Drill Bushing
Took the HS and elevators off the fuselage. Had another problem getting one alignment pin out of a rod-end bearing. Ran all alignment pins on the die grinder so they don't get stuck anymore. I received the drill bushing and found that it is .004'' too large. I tried to run a 1/4'' reamer thru the bearing, but could not stop the bearing from rotating. I need to chuck the bushing in the drill press and use emery cloth or sandpaper to reduce the diameter.
