After wiring the data wire, the ground wire had an extension crimped onto it with a ring terminal at the other end. The power wire had 22 AWG wire crimped onto it with a ring terminal at the other end. The ground terminal was added to the bolt acting as ground for the smoke system. The power wire was run under the instrument subpanel to the CB panel. The terminal was screwed onto the bus bar behind the Start/Clock CB.
