Brief Description: Carb Heat Inlet/Sanded Cowl Ring/Filter in Cowl
The new fiberglass on the carb heat inlet was cut and trimmed around the base of the inlet. The inside was sanded to conform to the inlet using the die grinder.
The side cutter bit was installed in the Dremel and the air inlet hole was enlarged for the ring. The die grinder was then used to smooth the edges and to get the proper shape. The ring can now slide into the opening.
The lower cowling was put into place with the air filter housing laid in place, in order to see how things were lining up.
