I used a grinder to smooth the flox. Holes were drilled for the hinge screws and the nutplate rivets. The nutplates were riveted in place. The hinge was drilled for the screws. The holes were countersunk and enlarged too much. A second hinge was cut and then drilled for the screws. The holes were countersunk properly this time.
