Drew measured and marked the exhaust pipes at 1 5/16" down from the flange of the pipes. This measurement places the EGT thermocouple probes at 1 11/16" from the cylinder. The #1 cylinder has the shortest straight length of exhaust and this probe is placed at the lowest point. I drilled 1/8" holes in the exhaust. All four probes were installed and the clamps tightened. The probes were angled aft to reduce the chance of interference with the cowling.
