Brief Description:  Made Reinforcement Bracket for Left Cowl Inlet

I had Jeff look at the left cowl inlet ramp and how the plenum sat on the ramp. His suggestion was to install the inlet ramps on each side and reshape the plenum as necessary. I cut off a length of angle bracket and drilled it to the cylinder. The bracket was screwed to the cylinder and then the inlet ramp was clamped to the bracket. Pilot holes were drilled in the bracket and then the holes were drilled up to #30 holes. The L-brace that will be screwed in place between the inlet ramp and the engine case was clamped to the ramp and then drilled for the screw hole in the case. I discovered that the screw was too long for the case hole. I ground down the screw and another screw for the other side so that they fit properly. The vertical side of the reinforcement bracket had to shortened on the inboard side, so a 3/16" hole was drilled toward the outboard end and then I used a hacksaw to trim the side. The edges were smoothed on the Scotchbrite wheel.
