Brief Description: Took Wheels Apart and Started to Assemble
I pulled out the tires, inner tubes, wheels and brakes. I unbolted the wheels apart. The tubes and the insides of the tires were dusted with talc. I blew the tubes up a little and deflated them. The tubes were then put into the tires. The wheels were put in place, the bolts added with washers and nuts, and the tubes were blown up to about 15 psi.
