Brief Description:  Reviewed/Corrected Flap Wire Runs

Steve Vilimonovic reviewed my flap system wiring and came up with some suggestions to clean up the wire runs. He made a ground for the FPS and the AOA using an 18" length of 18ga wire and ring terminals on each end. He terminated one end on the clamp at the forward end of the center tunnel and then tie-wrapped it to the Nylabraid bundle of the FPS/AOA wires in the tunnel. The other end of the ground will be combined with the other two grounds on the bottom screw of the FPS control box.

He took the Adel clamps off the flap actuator and suggested that the wires are tie-wrapped together and then tie-wrapped to the right side panel of the flap cover with one or two square bases glued to the cover. This will need to be done during final assembly.

He also soldered a short length of wire to the three wires that had broken off the warning/test switch on the instrument panel. He then soldered the one wire to the switch and applied heat-shrink to it, so that it remains in place.
