I put about 12'' of nylabraid and heatshrink on the pitch servo wires and then pinned the eight pitch servo wires into a Dsub connector. Most of the pins snapped in place, but I had to use the red end of the insertion tool to get three pins to snap in place. I put the pins and connector into the backshell and screwed it into the pitch servo. I clamped the MB and pitch servo wires to the side of the MB bracket.
I drilled out the poprivets on the right baggage floor in order to rotate the smoke system and install 1/4'' nutplates. I drilled out the forward two nutplates for the smoke system.
