After investigating, I found that I had to enlarge the holes for the headset jacks to 15/32" with the Unibit. This allows the plastic washer to have its lip inserted into the hole and keep the jack from contacting any part of the hole. I drilled 3/8" holes on each side of the fuselage for the fuel tank lines. These holes will need to be enlarged. I trimmed the angles off the support brackets and then primed them. After drilling them into position, I riveted them to the instrument subpanel and each other. I looked at different ways to locate the fuel selector.
