Brief Description:  Corrected interference of control rod by bulkheads

Joe stopped by with a few extra MS42 pop-rivets. I finished riveting the Xxx to the F-689 control rod with those. Hooked up both control rods so that the control sticks move the elevators. I had to trim more of both spar flanges so that the control sticks can be moved fully forward without interference. There was interference of the F-689 control rod thru the opening in the F-605 bulkhead at the top so the die grinder was used to enlarge the opening. I used cut-off wheels in the Dremel and then smoothed out the edges with the die grinder.

I now have FULL RANGE of motion with the sticks and the rod-end bearing set-ups. I placed all four lead counterweights in place in the elevators and temporarily bolted them in place. This balanced out the elevators very nicely and the sticks now move without any resistance.
