Brief Description: Aileron Trim Bracket/Inserted Instrument Panel
Drilled out the two nutplates in the ribs for the aileron trim bracket. Positioned the block on the seat panel and drilled #19 holes in the bracket. Clamped the block to the bracket and transferred the #10 holes to the bracket. Used the Unibit to drill a 9/16'' hole in the bracket.
I placed painter's tape on both canopy support braces for the instrument panel. Inserted the instrument panel into the fuselage. Found that most of the holes were the proper size. Marked the areas to be trimmed.
