Brief Description:  Working on RH tank baffle and stiffeners

"Today I figured out a good way to remove .5"" of the tank baffle flanges. I clamped a straight edge to the flange, and scribed it with a NEW utility knife blade. About a dozen passes later, the section I wanted to remove snapped off easily and perfectly. Worked great!

I also drilled the tank stiffeners to the tank skin, carefully noting the position of the ribs. There is not a length specified for these stiffeners, but I wanted them as long as I could get for load carrying.

I completed the evening by sort of test fitting the tank skin to skeleton to wing. It is starting to look more like a wing for sure!"
