So I had to removed the old mid hardpoints and remove the internal bulkhead on each side.
I cut some of the top away first. I wanted to preserve the box shape so no need to take extra out until the new internal bulkhead was installed.
It was quite a job to get the old hardpoint out. I cut out the little bulkhead first and used a very thin knife and paitence after getting the glass and flox around the edges out. I wanted minimal damage to the spar box floor. My many years of removing acoustic guitar bridges came in handy.
It took a good days work to get both of these out.
