Brief Description:  Securing the Foot Rests

After a lot of careful measuring I made up some nutplates on aluminum with the usual hard countersunk rivets. I positioned and then inlayed these into the floor and floxed them in place.
Afterwards I glassed over the top and then release the screw holes. I used release tape on the foot rests, (pic 1) weighted them in place for the cure and a bunch of other things to get it all lined up.

A lot of small things for this sort of work that has become pretty easy and basic. Most other parts of the build are still new and challenging but with this type of thing I make less mistakes than I used to,

You would be surprised how comfortable the back seat is becoming. A cushion or two and it is going to be good for the GIB, PAX, P2 or whatever you want to call the passenger.
