Today was just the inside tapes for the nose. 1 ply of BID is enough here. I did use stiff flox to fill in and smooth the corners. The ply was 20" long and 1.2" wide. Plenty.
As usual a layup on foil, all the regular prep work, sanding and so on and peel ply at the end to tame the edges. I expect to be dipping my hands in here quite a bit.
Pic 3 was the inevidable ...now something else doesn't fit. The head light just needed a little trim at the top to allow the hatch to close. I'm please to say that was easy.
