Pic 1 shows the 'creative' use of a stick hot glued in place to ensure the A10 tube stayed in place. My trough was just slightly deep and I didn't want it to sink into the micro bed during cure. I've been pretty fussy about these hinge supports staying in line, even if I have to work around things later with the foam.
The method of plenty of weight and getting the aileron sitting at the right angle for the micro cure seems to have worked out.
