Pic 1 shows the first of the UNI plys. I did all of these on foil and plastic and cut exactly to fit the marked lines on the winglet. Given I'm going over a complex curve this technique makes it really easy to get the glass in exactly the right position. I mainly used my gloved fingers and a squeegy to get all the air out and ensure the fibers were straight.
Pic 2 has the two BID and 7 UNI plys all down and in place. Pic 3 is showing the peel ply. I have the room warm and it should cure enough overnight to be movable in the morning so I can start the clean up for the inside layup.
