This rib took several days but I've just put it in the one entry. After all the prep I started with the two plys of 30" UNI. This is quite a stange step as the UNI goes diagonally over the FC1 hard point and crosses over to the opposite side. It takes a differential pulling of the fibres to get it sitting down with such angles over the top. I did my best.
The micro, another flox ring around the cable access hole and three plys of BID. While not as tough as the lower rib, it still takes a bit to get this sitting, trimmed and then clamped nicely.
After cure I cleaned up the edges and then opened up the access holes both sides while leaving the UNI intact.
