Now to glue the face of the spar, really its the bottom when its in the plane.
I did a trial fit and it needed quite a lot of pressure to get the curve at the front. I ended up using most of my clamps rather than the plans method with nails when it was time to bong it for real.
Keeping internal right angles just took a little fiddling. Its pretty square although not 100% perfect, maybe 99%. Its very close and I hope this will work out later as tolerences are pretty tight.
