Glassing NG30's required 4 plys per side and then some peel ply.
I left the pieces untrimmed as the foam is so thin that there was no bunching at the edges where it overhangs so just easier the leave it until cured.
A few days later I trimmed them with the vibration cutter to about 1/4". This way delamination via a power tool can be avoided. I'll wait a week or so before the final trim.
