Each bulkhead, F22, Instrument Panel, Ft seat Bk seat and firewall all needed to be fitted to the sides. Particularly the firewall as this captures the longerons at 6 places and needs to be correct.
Careful sanding of the foam edges for a close fit. I made a channel for straws which will be the lightweight conduct for the nylaflow covered rudder cables. As these will go under the upper longerons, allowance is required at this stage.
