Rear seat hole was cut with a router fitting made from a piece of masonite and centered with a drill bit in the middle as pictured. Then the clean up was done with sandpaper before the layups.
Note that the sandpaper can rip up the divinycell easily and small chunks can depart needing a micro fill.
