Brief Description: HS inspar and nose rib fitting and prep
Pulled out the next series of parts, namely the HS inspar and nose ribs. Began by trimming the flanges on 4 of the inboard inspar ribs. This was followed up by a long session of edge eburring and matching drilling to the front spar. Also bet the flanges of to inpar and 2 nose ribs to 9 degress and cut 2 ovals in the web of the the same 2 nose ribs. Discovered that I didn't have a unitbit which I could have sworn I had so I did a combo of step drilling with conventional bits and used my nibbler to rough shape the ovals. Turned out pretty good, but not perfect.
