Brief Description:  Riveted douber, spar caps, and brackets

Riveted the front spar components together. What a nightmare. The squeezed rivets on the doubler and cap went fine, although I had some issues with setting up my squeezer that wasted about 20 mins until I figured out. I was an idiot and got the set dialed in. The bucked rivets on the brackets, were a different matter. I drilled out some of them 3 times . Some are pretty ugly, but I'd have to move up to a -5 rivet to fix them and even then it would be a guarantee fix. Part of the problem is the rivetes are close together so it's real easy to dork up an alrready set rivet up trying to set an adjasent rivet -- I know because I did it. Also had lots of smilies. The culprit is just lack of experience with shooting the -9 and -10 rivets and the high pressure required to set them. A couple of those rivets probably ahould be replaced, but fixing them would cause more harm than good. However, based upoon what I have read, I'm confident that the structural integrity of the joint is sound so I'm not going to worry about it. But it was a very frustrating experience nevertheless.
