Brief Description:  Rib and spar doubler deburring

Decided to get as much done with Section 6 as I could without having the spar or spar caps on hand. This was limited to deburring the rib, front spar, and spar doubler edges. The doubeler took the most time as it was a relatively thick piece of aluminum with really rough edges and a shape that made deburring fairly complex. Had to use everything in the tool box -- Scotchbrite wheel on my bench grinder, sandpaper, small SB wheel on a die grinder, and multiple size files. The lightening holes in the ribs and front spar also caused a little head scratching as to the best way to proceed. In the end I chose to use the die grider witha use of a file where needed. Seemed to work fine but it really did a number on the small SB wheel. I need to order a new one because at this rate my current wheel won't be usable for much longer.
