VS Step 1. Trim the 1014 spar caps to length and shape. Had my first confidence shaker as I couldn't seem to cut a straight line with my band saw. asa result I stay way off the cut line and ended up with a significant amount of material left to trim by hand by file, sander and grinder. I also goofed up the layout line, albeit I caught it before I made any cuts, but it cost me time as I had to essentialy lay out the cut lines twice. The end results are OK, but I'm not real thrilled witht he quality of my first parts.
