When all is opened up it is not a pretty sight. For some reason buckets of epoxy have emerged from the peel ply and adhered to the builders plastic. Underneath that large bubbles are obvious in the layup.
Peel ply doesn't come off properly, maybe the strange shape, maybe because of the clods of resin on it. Was going to wait another day before trimming, now I wonder if I will get that option.
Quick consult of the inspection guidelines indicate this part passes, none of the bubbles are over 1/16" high, none are larger than 2" in diameter, none occlude more than 20% of the chordline and total area affected is less than 5%. I can just inject resin into the bubbles. Hmmmm.
