Discover I have sanded through the skin on the winglet, at the leading edge and one bump on the side I had been worried about. Worry some more that the epoxy wipe plan does not easily show when the skin is reached. Hmmmmmmm.
Prep sand and patch with 2 x UND with a BID patch over the top, and peel ply.
