Brief Description: Profile sanding/FILL stbd wing/strake top and wing
Did I mention I am finding this bit boring...
Finally noticed an unsightly bulge at the winglet join outboard and hit it with a profile FILL.
Over the last week continued the process, profile sanding 40g, FILL the low spots and sand again, and am now entirely happy with the result, (probably).
Having got a bit more experience at filling I decide the fill on the nose door and the surrounding areas is too thick and may crack in the future. [Timewarp: The book actually says 0.2" is the limit, and when I actually look at it there was no area approaching this, so this repair was a WOFTAM. Ah! Well] Sand back the high areas and whack on 1 x BID & peel ply.
