Quite a few of the screws I had installed in the various ground buses were just a little short with the nuts only just being in safety. Today I replaced them with longer screws, as usual it took longer than I thought. I also produced diagrams that show each wires purpose and its position for all the ground buses in case of future trouble shooting. Then I mounted the E-bus diode to its heatsink using silicone based heat transfer paste. The diode is rated to 25 amps with a heatsink of this size recommended with loads from 3 to 15 amps. A larger heatsink would be required for loads up to 25 amps. The maximum load on this diode will be 5 amps (TCU & Aux fuel pump).
