Engine Install and test fitting components. Ralph H was a huge help. Followed the tried and tested procedures in the 24 years of the aviator and it is a solid procedure that works well. Used the same steps on my old -8. Installed in about 1.5 hrs. Installed sniffle valve. Fitted fuel servo/throttle body assembly to check cable lengths for throttle and mixture. Gonna be close. Prop cable is just long enough with reasonable slack. Glad these are all fairly central cables to avoid issues with engine shake.
