Drilled hinge arms, installed bushing. Used 1/4" to mark arms. Fully drilled with drill block and unibit and final with a 3/8" reamer. Press fit bushing with squeezer. Installed canopy fame onto aicraft. More trimming of gap seal (on-off-on-off many times). Typical edge distance issues that many builders see on this hinge. Oddly one side is much better. The right side is typical - minimal edge distance. Van's indicates that this is ok. Also installed the canopy release handle assembly.
