Brief Description:  Prime aileron parts

1. Deburred all rivet holes in the skin, ribs, and horns.

2. Rolled the inboard and outboard edges of the skin.

3. Scoured the joint lines with Scotchbrite. Some of the most useful "tools" are scraps of wood that can be used to support the parts while scouring. E.g., in Fig. 1, I use a scrap of1/4" plywood to support the flange of a rib while I scour the joint line.

4. Cleaned the joint lines with laquer thinner.

5. Primed the joint lines with Cortec 703 primer thinned 50-50 with denatured alcohol.
