Started today with the aileron attach brackets. Cleco'd them together and to the wings and match drilled the attach holes. Took everything apart and smoothed the edges and deburred the holes on the bracket pieces and wings. Scuffed up the pieces with a scotchbrite pad and cleaned the parts with Alumaprep (did the 4 push rods also), let them dry and then primed the pieces. Cleco'd the bracket pieces together and cleco'd them to the wings to make sure everything still fit, which they did.
Next step will be to rivet the pieces of the brackets together and then rivet them to the wings.
