Started today by treating all ribs and spars with AlumiPrep, rinsed clean and hung out to dry. On the VS skin I removed the protective blue film only on the areas where the ribs and spars would attach to the skin. I left the remaining film on so that when I primed the inner skin, only those strips where two parts touch would get primed. Mixed up the 2 part VariPrime, loaded the HVLP spray gun and coated the parts.
Going out to work for 7 days so I will assemble and rivet the VS when I return.
