The misdrilled left elevator horn was previously removed, weld filled, and reattached. Two holes used 6/32 machine screws, approved by Vans. I followed the procedure to match drill a new hole and the alignment was now perfect. Its ready to permanently attach and drill for attaching the elevator control tube.
