My son spent the weekend and helped me get restarted on the project. After the wing was drilled in place, we positioned the horizontal stabilizer and probably measured twenty times while reclamping. Satisified with equal distances from centerline to each outer rear corner, and satisfied with 0.2 positive incidence, and centerline alignment, we drilled it in place. Some build sites noted there were edge distance issues on the outer two bolts due to shorter than needed angles. Mine were just fine so no worries there. Made the elevator stop and installed it with bolts and rivets. I believe it will be slightly trimmed when I final set the elevator travel later. Had to trim the angle to make room for a mis-placed fuselage longeron rivet by the ''factory''. I'll summarize the factory build errors some day when I have nothing to do.
