Brief Description:  Build Aileron Skeletons and install stiffeners

I have to get to Home Depot to buy 2x8x10 to cut up for my trailing edge brake. Meanwhile I installed the stiffeners in the aileron skins and built the skeletons. Included in the left aileron is the electic trim installation. I also used hardware store bolts to temporarily strengthen the two end ribs. They are held on by two 3/32 rivets. Later, each end will get a steel hanger bolted through everything and I will use the AN3-14A bolts, washer and nylock lock nuts. One gotcha was the middle bolt on the inboard hanger is too near to the adjacent end rib flange. Had to drill out the 2 flush rivets, remove the rib and file a small relief area so the eventual washer will not be cocked partly up on the rib flange. Should have realized that before riveting. No big deal. Aileron skeletons are completed now. I Installed the electric trim in preparation for permanently installing the skins and then cutting out the access hole for the aileron trim servo plus installing the replacement cover and associated mounting hardware. Can't proceed further until I make the bending brake which puts the correct angle on the aileron skins before riveting. Today was a fun day, even though I had to drill out several rivets. When I do the final install of the skeleton into the skin, I will actually have to drill out the two 3/32 flush rivets on one end rib so I can insert the skeleton without having problems pushing that end rib through the whole skeleton. Then, I will just rivet it onto the spar again for the last time.
