Riveted my new roll bar parts together and it is coming along perfectly. The frame is not shrinking at all (yet) and the flush rivets are setting the best that I've done yet, even on the curves. I'm happy so far. I taped the connector plate flush rivets and backriveted them in place. This forward half of the roll bar is officially done and it looks very very good, except for that ugly green etch primer. Can't wait to get that painted over.
The etch primer did not have to be removed from the countersinks or drill holes.
I set the roll bar ontop of 1/8 inch spacers to make room for the squeeze riveter to work.
Its a nice flush fit around the curve. The camera distorts the curves with the setting its on now.
