Brief Description:  Prepare Rudder Pedals

Drilled all the 3/16 holes in the UHMW blocks that support the rudder pedals. Cut the middle UHMW block in half lengthwise to enable locating it under and over the rudder pedal tubes at the middle support location. Drawing says to start with 4 inches from firewall to front of the UHMW blocks so that's where I'm starting. I sat in the airplane and tested the pedals for the right location to fit my legs. 4 inches noted in plan works well so I drilled them in place. I noted on other build sites that it is a good idea to locate more position holes an inch forward and backwards to help other pilots who might want a different setup. Will do that. My threaded .189 bit was too short to reach the longeron through the predrilled UHMW blocks so I hand twisted a long one to mark the center drill point through all the UMHW holes, then removed the blocks and used the short angle drill bits #30, then .189 to make the holes. It worked perfectly.
