Manual Reference:  F620 Arm rest
Brief Description:  Make F-620 arm rest with forming blocks

I'm almost positive this is the last item to form after making forming blocks per plan drawing. I can't get over how many tools you use for one job.
1. Sliding micrometer to transfer dimensions from plan to partical board.
2. 3/16 drill to drill tooling holes.
3. Electric sabre saw to cut out template.
4. Stationary belt sander to final sand edges to marked shape.
5. Fluting pliers to flatten the arm rest along the curve.
6. C Clamps to help keep forming bloxks tight as you bend the flanges.
7. Screw Driver and pliers to tighten the forming block bolts and nuts in the tooling holes.
8. Rubber tipped hammer to help shape the bends in the flanges.
9. Edge forming vice grip pliers to grab the flanges and start the bend.
10. Scotchbrite wheel to smooth edges.
11. Dewalt electric screwdriver/drill to drill #40 holes in part and fuselage.
12. Dimple die set for pop rivet tool to dimple fuselage skin.
13. Hand squeezer to dimple the arm rest flange.
14. #40 6" and 12" drill bits to drill holes
15. #30 12" drill bit to enlarge end holes for 063 angle support in arm rest and F605 bulkhead.
16. Band saw to cut 063 support angle.
17. #40 and #30 clecoes.
18. Extension cord.
19. Work light
20. 35mm digital camera.
21. Spray Can Etch Primer to prepare aress that touch each other before riveting.
And I wonder why my workspace is constantly trashed. Everything has to be put away when done. No wonder it takes so long to get this job done.
