I tried a different glove. They are 2ply Nitrile/Latex from Harbor Freight instead of just Nitrile. A couple of bucks more expensive for a box full, but after using them I want to discard all my remaining old nitrile gloves. These never split. They fit better and I only needed to peel off two pair during the process. I mixed15 grams proseal for this excersize. That is still working out to about 2 grams per hole. I think I'm getting the hang of it. Everything got cleaned up with MEK. I used 426-3-4's for this rivet job except for the hole which included the vent line attachment. The thickness increased enough to use a 426-3-5 for that hole. Next up - the ribs.
