I used Hi Temp Gray sealant to seal the areas between engine and baffle material. That forces air down through cylinders where its needed anyways. Also, seal outboard of rubber seals between them and the side baffles to block misc air flow leaks from behind the rubber seals. Then, I worked on getting the rubber grommet for the prop oil line sealed as well. All in all, I am happy with the results.
Both halves of forward baffle were sealed tight to engine.,
All potential leak points were sealed too.
Forward 1/3 of rubber oil line grommet has a deeper cut in it to fit the off center hole. RTV'd too.
