Brief Description:  Install Engine Baffles 1

What a puzzle this engine baffle was.... So many parts, all of which either had to be made from included stock, and/or edge finished to begin assembling it. These were just some of the parts. Instructions were B+ for this. Whats not intuitive is when to flush rivet something and when not. Got is figured out. I made a replacement piece for the oil cooler to fix a screw up. Primed that corner then painted it Lycoming Engine Gray. I'll wait on painting the others until I'm done fitting and trimming them. Oil cooler bracket was trimmed to give the engine mount 1/2 inch clearance. These pictures are before the rest of the parts were riveted on this corner. There was some tight riveting in some spots and I had to be inventive to use a rectangle titanium bucking bar as a back rivet plate.
