Brief Description:  Readjust Bendix connections for spacer.

The Superior sump studs for mounting the RSA5 servo looked like they were not in deep enough even though they were protruding through the back side of the sump flange. Threads were still showing in front before you get to the unthreaded portion that the RSA5 base sits over. Superior said I was missing a spacer, SL73161. Bought it from Aeroinstock.com along with 4 gaskets, just in case I remove and replace it later. Now that its all together permanently, the RSA5 is positioned further forward and the throttle/mixture connections need to be realigned. Throttle worked out fine. Mixture needed work. Idle cutoff no longer reached the stop. If I clock the arm rearward, then it will hit the starter before full rich stop is reached. I thought I might have to cut down the mixture arm, but after moving the mixture cable to the top of the bellcrank rather than under, and adjusting some spacers, everything worked fine. Amazing how you can adjust the throw by so many different variables. Permanently tightened oil and fuel pressure lines, and main fuel line to pump. Moved the right exhaust hanger away from the main fuel line coming from the firewall by moving the sump attachment outboard one bolt. Put adel clamps to hold fuel line and mixture cable clear of obstructions. Its all good now.
