The AN7 engine mount bolts get torqued between 37.5 and 41.7 ft lbs. Each was a little different to make the cotter pin hole line up correctly. Two were 38.5, one was 41.0 and one was 40. Just be sure the bolts are torqued within the values. Cotter pins were a joy to get on the bottoms, expecially #4 cylinder. You get the pin inserted and then, because you lubed the bolt beforehand, you can still rotate the whole bolt, still torqued correctly, to the best position to spread the cotter pin ends. I had previously attached Van's mixture cable bracket with the cable mounting tab most forward and pointing up. That didn't work. I switched it upside down with the tab aft and pointing down, and it worked great. Its the bracket that goes on the aft corner of the oil sump and gets a big nut on each side to secure the cable. Played with the linkages until I had proper travel to both stops. The link at the end of the cable ended up being mounted underneath the mixture bracket arm rather than on top of it. Its all good.
Figured out a new routing of the fuel line and reclamped it to the intake tube.
This should be the final position.
Geometry worked better with this fitting underneath the arm. Needs cotter pin.
