So you need extra washers behind the castle nuts on the engine and on the engine/firewall mount as well. This aligns the cotter pin holes correctly. The engine required 3 on the bottom mounts and 2 on the upper mounts. The Dynafocal mount to the firewall required 1 under the bolt heads and 2 under the castle nuts to align correctly. I torqued the firewall bolts individually, from 165 to 185 inch lbs to get the cotter pin holes lined up with the castle nuts. I wrote the torque on each nut as I finished them. Allowable torque range for these AN6 bolts is 160 to 190 inch lbs. They replaced the ACE hardware working bolts I had on the firewall for a long time. Done. Still have to final torque the AN7 engine bolts and cotter pin them. They get 38.5 to 41.7 FOOT lbs.
Did this marking to each nut after torqueing/cotterpinning it.
